Throwing sessions

Whether you’re complete new to the pottery wheel or an improver, Charlotte’s throwing sessions are a great way to get to grips with clay on the wheel.

During a 2 hour session you will be taking through how to centre your clay on the wheel and then how to throw pots step by step.

The 3 hour session will be the same as above with the added opportunity to add some colour and pattern to your pots using some decorative slip techniques, like sgraffito and marbling.

What you need to know:

• Maximum of 4 students

•2 hour session £75 per person

•3-hour throwing session: £110 per person

Price includes all materials, firings and refreshments

• All work will be dried, fired and glazed in the studio glaze of your choosing and ready to collect at a later date
