By booking and paying for a place on a class or workshop, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Covid 19 policy: The new Covid 19 policy applies to all students. Please ensure you read it before coming to class/workshops and abide by it at all times when you’re in the studio.
Classes, private booking and workshop bookings: Refunds can be issued up to 14 days before an event. No refunds can be issued once the course or workshop has started. If you have any questions at all, please contact Charlotte to discuss this further.
Booked places on workshops/classes are non-transferable
No refunds on gift vouchers.
Shop purchases: Refunds and exchanges are not available, but please contact Charlotte if you have any problems with your order and she’ll do her best to help.
