Saturday 16th May | 3-hour workshop
Join ceramic artist Charlotte in her Poole pottery studio for a relaxed and creative hand-building session, where you’ll make your own beautiful fox or red squirrel using terracotta clay.
In this guided 3-hour workshop, Charlotte will take you step by step through the hand-building process, making it suitable for both beginners and those with some clay experience. The rich red terracotta clay will form the natural colour of your animal, with white and black decorative slip added for details and character.
Once completed, your piece will be professionally glazed with a transparent glaze and fired by Charlotte, ready for collection around 6 weeks later.
Price: £70 per person
Age: Suitable for adults and children aged 10+
(Under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult)
Materials: All clay, tools, glazing, and firings included
Collection: Work ready in approximately 6 weeks
